NO. El Código DD es 100% LIBRE DE IMPUESTOS. No es ingreso adicional, no debe sumarse a la Casilla 1 y no reduce su reembolso de impuestos. Se incluye en su W-2 exclusivamente para cumplir con los requisitos de transparencia de la Ley ACA.
